How long will it take for my products to be dispatched?
If you purchase your items before 1pm on working days, we will dispatch your order within the same day. Orders placed during the weekend or holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Can I order through the telephone?

My orders are damaged/defective/missing/wrong
If goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please write to us within 3 workings days of receiving your order.
What is your returns policy?
If you have an account with us, you can raise a return ticket through My Account or you can contact us to arrange a return.
The goods must be unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition that enable us to sell back the goods as new.
If you are returning the goods due to damage, defective, missing or wrong quantity/goods resulted from our error, then we will provide you the full refund including the cost to return the goods to us (if any).
